Chen, our young hero, is caught between the disintegrating relationship of his Israeli father and Russian mother. He throws himself into the world of competitive ballroom dancing for the chance to pursue the girl of his dreams. Can he Waltz his way into the finals and save his parents marriage along the way? Love and Dance has been called the Israeli version of Billy Elliot.
